MANGO KULFI

I want to kick off with a dessert. Here is my recipe for making Mango Kulfi.

INGREDIENTS:
1. Sweetened Condensed Milk-14 ounces
2. Evaporated Milk -12 ounces
3. Whipped Cream - one container(16 ounces)
4. Bread-3 slices
5. Almonds or Pistachios-1/4 cup
6. Cardamom-2
7. Mango Pulp-1 cup
PROCEDURE:
1. Blend the bread pieces into the food processor to make crumbs.
2. Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk and whipped cream together. Add in the bread crumbs, nuts and cardamom.
3. Add in Mango pulp for Mango flavor or you can have as Malai Kulfi if you do not like any tropcial flavors.
4. You can freeze them in a bowl or pour them into popsicle moulds for a good shape.
5. Freeze them overnight or for eight hours.

Before serving, dip the molds in warm water to make the frozen desserts easier to remove. Garnish with more crushed pistachios

Voila! It is as easy as that!
