Easy Vegetable Puffs



This is the most tasty and easiest snack which can be done in 30 minutes, if you have Puff Pastry sheets at home.

INGREDIENTS

1. Pastry Sheets - Pepperidge Farm Pastry Sheets(1Box)
2. Potato - 2
3. Grean Peas - 100 gms
4. Ginger Garlic paste-1tbsp
5. Onion - 1
6. Green chillies-4
7. Chilly Pdr-3/4 tbsp
8. Coriander Pdr-1/2 tbsp
9. Jeera Pdr-1/2
10. Garam Masala pdr-1/2 tbsp
Salt and Oil accordingly.

Preparation:
First remove the pastry sheets from the freezer and thaw it to room temperature.

In the meanwhile heat some oil in a Kadai and fry some onions and green chillies.

When the onions are done frying, add ginger garlic paste, and fry.

Now add your other vegetables like smashed potatoes and green peas.

Add all your dry ingredients like chilly pdr, coriander pdr, garam masala pdr, jeera pdr, turmeric, salt to the vegetables and fry for a minute.

Wait till the mixture is out of water and dry and add cilantro and lemon juice at the end and cool it.

Cut the pastry sheets into three long rectangles and cut each rectangle into two halves, so each sheet will have two pieces and totally it will make 12 pieces.

Place a spoon of filling in one piece in the middle of the sheet and wet the sides with water and close it and seal it.

Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the sheets and place them in a rectangular baking tray and spray the tray with Pam(cooking spray) to avoid sticking to the bottom.

Bake it at 350 in the oven for 30 minutes till light golden brown.

Yummy Yummy Vegetable Puffs are ready to eat!

You can subsitute Vegetables with Boiled egg to make a Egg Puff.
